Mancala
This ancient game is a must for every collection! Played for thousands of years in Africa and the Middle East, children would draw lines in the dirt and use pebbles as their markers. Our version is a sleek wooden rectangle, 18" L x 5-1/2" W x 3/4" H, containing twelve smooth pits and two mancalas, (larger pits at the end). The object of the game is to have the most stones in your mancala at the end. The longevity of this game has provided many variations of play; we have included the classic rules of Mancala along with 48 glass stones and a storage pouch. Ages 7 and up. 2 players.
